I have been a licensed counselor for 14 years and have worked in a variety of clinical settings and roles. I am solution-focused and utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing/enhancement, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Areas of clinical expertise include substance use disorder, including opioid use disorder, and medication assisted treatment. Grief work, anxiety, depression, marital concerns, problem-solving, parenting skills, and adapting to change are all within my wheelhouse and I enjoy helping clients to process and resolve ambivalence around change. As a CEAP, I also have experience working with leaders concerning a variety of employee-related issues and concerns.
